Our investments in diverse real estate projects across Türkiye and international markets continue to grow. To support these activities, *Petkontur* was established in 1979 to manage our domestic and international construction, contracting, land investment, and property development operations.
Since its foundation, we have built strong partnerships with local and international financial institutions, successfully securing project financing and credit facilities for a wide range of developments. Beyond property acquisition, sales, and leasing, we also provide advisory and intermediary services for various real estate investment and financing models, including build-and-sell, sell-and-build, and build-operate-transfer (BOT) projects.
Among our landmark achievements is the development of *Petya Holiday Village* in Datça, completed in 1989 on a spectacular coastal site. The project comprises 52 luxury villas and remains one of our most distinguished developments. Building on its success, a second timeshare residential development was subsequently created on an adjacent site.
Also in 1989, we became one of the first Turkish companies to complete the construction of a 500-bed general surgery hospital in Siberia, marking a significant milestone in our international contracting activities. In the years that followed, we successfully delivered numerous construction and industrial installation projects across Russia and Germany.
In 2005, *Ottoman Life Inc.* was established to develop, construct, and market the prestigious *Konak Evleri* project in Bodrum, one of the world’s most renowned coastal destinations. Comprising 57 luxury residences built on an exceptional site, the project was completed successfully and stands as another testament to our expertise in high-end real estate development.
Expanding our international presence, *Merks Investments Ltd.* was established in London in 2023, bringing our decades of experience in real estate investment and development to the United Kingdom.
