As we reach the end of 2025 and our 51 years as a company, Pet Holding continues to thrive in different fields through our loyalty to the ethos of our Republic and the vision of our founders. Our organization continues to move forward under the leadership of the second generation of the family business, supported by an experienced and dedicated professional management team. We continue to invest in our core areas of energy and real estate sectors.
Petoil has dedicated time and effort into investigating potential investments around the globe in the oil sector in 2025 and has continued to be a sought-after and reliable energy company across the oil and gas industry. Petoil has had upstream oil investments in countries such as Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Azerbaijan, Yemen, USA, Kazakhstan as well as many others over its history of 35 years.
Petoil is exploring new projects in Africa, the Turkic Republics and Iraq. With our changing world, in addition to hydrocarbon-based E&P operations, Petoil has been investing in the sustainable and renewable energy sectors in Turkey and around the globe. With two geothermal licences in East Anatolia and projects in the EU and UK for tyre recycling and pyrolysis, Petoil is establishing a name for itself in the renewable/sustainable energy sectors.
Petkontur, has been investing across Turkey in real estate, land acquisition and development. The real estate market is growing and Petkontur continues to strengthen its position in the sector with new acquisitions.
Pet Holding has provided and will pursue to provide unlimited contributions to its surroundings, its employees, and its homeland Turkey. We aspire to continue supporting all types of cultural and sports activities through our companies.
Köksal Education Foundation (KEV) will provide scholarships to ( insert number of students) successful students in the 2025-2026 education year; and will continue to encourage them to participate in extracurricular seminars, social and cultural activities, and sports competitions.
Our companies, that were established more than half a century ago, are pursuing new projects in new regions and cultures with the same level of enthusiasm and success of the past. We will continue to grow and contribute further to our surroundings.
